Well I am finally done with end of year testing! Good news right? Well unfortunately my teachers can't just leave it at that. " End of year test, good job, lets party" Nope not this year. My English teacher had to make things complicated with one simple question. What is the meaning of life? Of course all of us Mormons no the answer to this question, "To live right so we can live with our family and Jesus again." TA DU! But considering the fact that she is not of such a faith she wants "deeper" She wants us to THINK. Is she kidding? "Think" is no longer in our vocabulary. We are done with what's important and two weeks of busy work just doesn't sit well with us. Each day as I enter the dreaded English classroom I listen intently to yet another heated
discusion about "The Meaning Of Life". My teacher showed us the scientific answer to the question. It just so happened to be "42". Yes that's right 42. Why 42? Because 5 times 9 is 42. Scientists like to prove things right? Well if my calculations are correct that right there proves just how screwed up and retarded scientists really are. Besides that fact that 5 times 9 is 45, the answer makes no sense to any one including the ones who came up with it. So you see this is a very big problem. The teacher will not accept the simple, correct, logical answer but the students will not accept the scientific,
illogical, stupid answer. Therefore this will most likely continue on for the rest of the year and perhaps a little into the summer. If you have any ideas please share unless you are a scientist. In that case please keep your desperate attempts to become smart or famous to yourself.
wow, that's pretty much the stupidest things I've heard all day because you are right 5*9=45 or if they prefer you could do 5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5=45 or if they really are desperate and can't do that they could do 9+9+9+9+9+45 or if they are EXTREMELY desperate they can do 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1=45 See perfect, you can show your teacher if you wnat to and all of those stupid scientits that they're WAY off! ;D

ReplyDeleteyou can tell her that the meaning of life is open to personal interpretation; therefore, there is no right or wrong answer, making discussion valueless and preemptive, as the meaning of life is, as afore mentioned, strictly about personal interpretation. so there, english teacher!!!
